Sentinel is the technology platform founded by Amanda Long — built around families, caregivers and the everyday coordination that keeps them going. It is the clearest example of how Mandasgold approaches technology: start with the people using it, then build only what helps.

Why Sentinel exists

Family support should feel connected — not scattered

Sentinel was founded by Amanda Long, a parent who lived the reality: health records in one place, school notes in another, insurance letters nobody can read, and care routines held together by memory. Sentinel brings the everyday coordination of family life into one calm, free platform — so parents and caregivers can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time with the people they love.

It is free for families, free for local businesses, and built so government and community agencies can reach the families they serve.

Ask Sentinel — the AI inside

Plain-language help, even with insurance

Ask Sentinel is the built-in assistant that answers everyday family questions in plain language. Its most loved skill: making insurance make sense. Families can ask what a letter from their insurer actually means, what an explanation of benefits is saying, what a plan does and doesn't cover, and what questions to ask before a visit or a claim.

It never replaces your insurer or gives medical or legal advice — it turns confusing paperwork into clear next steps, so families walk into appointments and phone calls prepared.

Ask Sentinel helps you understand information. Coverage decisions always stay with your insurance provider.
